I use this for oil pulling first thing in the morning. Seems to work well and lasts a long time.

At just 1/4 tsp per serving, the small bag lasts around two months. I mix it in my morning raw smoothie! I can't taste it because the flavors of the fruit are stronger.

One of the BEST
