- At just 1/4 tsp per serving, the small bag lasts around two months. I mix it in my morning raw smoothie! I can't taste it because the flavors of the fruit are stronger.

This is the best mask because it is comfortable, made well and I CAN BREATH! This is a perfect mask to go for a run in. Most masks are impossible. I love this one!
