Use For Oil Pulling
I use this for oil pulling first thing in the morning. Seems to work well and lasts a long time.

I take three or 4 everyday for general health and a benefit for immune system . Have heard benefits in fight against cancer .. Somethung that is easy to do.. So far so good.
