- Even though I take lots of supplements, I notice the days that I take this I have more energy and feel more integrated. I kept it in the fridge for maybe 6 months before I really started using it, because I was actually intimidated by the ingredients, but now that I have started taking it, I can really notice the difference it makes in how I feel - a very powerful and amazing product!
