Lifestyle factors such as a person's training level, living in a polluted urban environment, or drinking tap water, dramatically affect nutritional needs.

IV. BIOCHEMICAL UNIQUENESS
The nutritional needs of individuals differ considerably. Each person requires an individual nutrition program.

V. PRECISION
There is a narrow range of intake of each organic or wild-crafted nutrient that will produce optimum results.

VI. PHYSIOLOGICAL DYNAMICS
Improved nutrition must wait on the body to renew the bodily systems before effects will show.

NUTRIENTS NEEDED FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH

I. VITAMINS (ANTI-OXIDANTS), MINERALS, & CO-FACTORS
Among the easiest to get from a normal diet and supplement program. Good sources include: Fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts & seeds, & legumes. Super food sources include: Chaga Mushrooms, Acai, Noni, bee products, blue-green algae, pomegranate, etc.

II. ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS
Also very easy to get in a normal diet if you eat animal products. If you are vegan or vegetarian or want a healthier alternative to meat you will want to combine any two of the following four categories to complete an incomplete amino acid chain resulting in a complete protein: 1. Green leafy vegetables 2. Nuts & seeds 3. Legumes 4. Whole grains Super food sources include: Fulvic Ionic Minerals & Spirulina.

III. ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS
A little harder to get in a normal diet and should be given to the body in each meal at least 3-4 times a day. Good sources include: Acai, wild salmon, hemp oil, flax seed oil, primrose oil, walnuts, olive oil, & borage oil.

IV. TRACE MINERALS
The hardest and the most important elements to get in your diet! Without them your body cannot utilize all the other elements even if they are present. The only true way to get trace minerals in your diet is to supplement a pure organic Noni that is grown out of lava rock, supplement a pure unadulterated Fulvic Ionic Minerals from a pure fresh water source, or grow your own organic food using true organic growing techniques with humates and/or Fulvic Ionic Minerals. Organic standards unfortunately are not high enough to guarantee trace minerals in your organically grown food.

V. ENZYMES
Now with our food coming from 2,000 miles away on average, enzymes are getting harder and harder to get. These are needed for many functions inside the body including digestion. The problem is that they do not last or save very long. For example, if you pick an apple off a tree, within hours the enzymes will start to die. Food was meant to be eaten fresh. This is another reason why freeze-drying super foods like Acai and Noni is so valuable; it preserves the active ingredients like vitamins, omega fatty acids, and enzymes. Products that use chemicals to preserve enzymes are lacking at best!
