RECIPES
BREAKFAST
A. Acai Breakfast Bowl- Mix organic plain yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of Acai, a handful of your favorite organic granola mix, and top with sliced fresh organic fruit of your choice.
B. Oatmeal- Make organic oatmeal according to the package, once finished, add rice milk to cool, and sprinkle on 1-2 tablespoon of Acai and enjoy! (When using Acai no unnecessary sugar is needed, but organic honey is recommended)
C. Pancakes- Start off with your favorite organic pancake mix and make according to the package. Then mix in several tablespoons of Acai, stir and now you are ready to make pancakes the whole family will enjoy. (You could also add in your favorite fruit or granola to create a wonderful breakfast treat!)
SNACKS
A. Acai Applesauce- Mix organic natural applesauce with 1 tablespoon of Acai. This is a great healthy after school snack for the kids.
B. Acai Split- Sprinkle a tablespoon of Acai, over a cup of vanilla ice cream, top with banana and granola or chopped organic almonds.
DRINKS/SMOOTHIES
A. Rice or Soy Milk- Mix 8 ounces of rice milk with 2 tablespoons of Acai and stir in honey to taste.
B. Acai Sunrise Smoothie- 2-3 tablespoons of Acai, 8 ounces of rice milk, 1 banana, 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries, blend. Perfect way to start your day!
