Dosage Recommendations: 1 teaspoon mixed in water, juice, tea, a
smoothie, your favorite non-dairy milk, yogurt or oatmeal, 1 to 3 times per
day. For optimal nutrient absorption, take with Fulvic Ionic Minerals. NOT
