Dosage Recommendations: Adults: Make into a tea by adding 2 grams (approx. 1 teaspoon) in a cup or mug, then pour hot purified water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes. Do this 1–2 times per day. For overall rejuvenation and strengthening of the body take daily for 60 days, then stop taking for 30 days. For chronic conditions such as fatigue take daily for 90 days, then stop taking for 2-3 weeks. You may repeat the above cycles, though we recommend you first consult with your physician.
