DETOX INFORMATION
WHAT IS A PARASITE DETOX ROUTINE?
Simply put, a detoxifying routine is an all-natural method of giving your body the time and conditions it can use to rebuild and heal.
This will naturally rid the body of unwanted parasites.
This is the fastest most effective way to get your health back! Toxins,
parasites, mold, bacteria, and free-radicals have stored up in our organs, tissues, and cells for a lifetime.
Parasites can cause and be the root to many health disorders including cancer. Our bodies are not able to get rid of these toxins effectively because we are exposed to over 50,000 different chemicals a day on average. Because the toxins are not organic and our bodies are it doesn't understand how to deal with the toxins. Our bodies try to deal with the toxins as best as it can by storing them in the liver and fat cells. However, our livers and our fat are full of toxins already, so these toxins and free-radicals destroy our cells, age us, cause disease and disorder, and make us even fatter. It is the hormones, preservatives, colors, and additives in our food; the pollution in our air; the chemicals in our water, and the surplus of fake supplements, that are making us sick. It is truly amazing how fast a person can detoxify the entire body, if it is done right. You do not have to be overweight to do this detox, but if you are, you will lose Body Fat fast and keep all your muscle.
When you detoxify the body, it goes into self-preservation mode and gets rid of anything that it does not need, including Body Fat and Toxins. At the same time the body preserves what it does need, like muscle (keeping your muscle is important because it keeps your metabolism high and helps you burn body fat even faster). Make sure you follow the Detox Plan carefully and take the recommended supplements.
THE PARASITE DETOX PLAN
STEP 1
Parasite Cleansing First 2 days:
To do a parasite cleanse, take 12 drops or 3 capsules of Japanese Red Pine Needle Oil 3 times a day, during step 1, 2, & 3. Refrain from eating fruit, flour, sugar, red meat, pork, raw fish, processed food, and fast food.
Eat Organic Raw Vegetables Only.
STEP 2
For 3-12 additional days:
During these days, drink nothing but purified water and freshly-made organic vegetable juices (make yourself with a juicer only!) Take
12 drops of Fulvic Ionic Minerals X350 in 20oz of distilled water 3 times a day.
Additional recommended supplements include small amounts of Pure Organic Noni
Juice, Chaga Tea, and 12 drops of Japanese Red Pine Needle Oil 3 times a
day. During these three days, slow down your daily activities and rest as much as possible.
Most people are quite capable of doing a three day water fast, but it is not recommended for the faint of heart. Pure water fasts detox the body very fast and can be a little more uncomfortable then juice fasts. Be sure to obtain purified water only (pure
aquifer, reverse osmosis, or distilled water Only).
You can resume your household duties or light office work, but do not exert yourself physically. Conserve energy, because it is possible that some of you may have some reactions, like feeling light-headed, nauseous at times, a little listless, tired, and irritable. Persevere! Rome wasn't built in a day! After all, it took you years to get into the toxic state, and the symptoms will go away after a short period of time. Lots of sleep and rest are essential at this stage, so just chill!
STEP 3
Do this diet plan for at least 2 days after your fast, and then:
I suggest that you try and follow these diet guidelines, outlined below, as close as possible from now on. Also, take
12 drops of Fulvic Ionic Minerals X350 in 20oz of distilled water 1 time a
day, organic hemp oil or flax seed oil bottled in glass three times a day, and
Full Spectrum Daily Plus. You will then have a complete nutritional regiment from all organic and all natural super-foods!
FOODS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PLAN During Step 3 Only (your plan should include all organic foods).
- Fruit - your plan can include any fruit including fresh or frozen. This includes apples, bananas, pears, oranges, grapefruit, raisins, pineapple, mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, raspberries, black currants, nectarines, peaches, melons, star fruit, etc.
- Fruit juice - Juice yourself only! Do not mix fruits and vegetables.
- Vegetables - eat any vegetables including fresh or frozen (without salt added). This includes carrots, onions, turnips, sprouts, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, sweet corn, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, salad, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, etc.
- Beans and lentils - eat any beans that have been dried. This includes red kidney, haricot, butter, black-eyed peas, pinto, red lentils, green lentils and brown lentils, etc.
- Whole Grains - a whole grain still has the bran and the germ (brown rice is whole grain and white rice is not) This includes oats, brown rice, barley, rye, spelt, wheat berries, ect.
- Potatoes - yams, purple potatoes, and sweet potatoes
- Fresh fish - eat fresh fish 1-2 times a week including cod, mackerel, salmon, trout, and halibut
- Turkey - organic if possible, without hormones, preservatives, or antibiotics. No lunch meat turkey.
- Eggs - organic free range.
- Unsalted nuts - eat any including brazil, almonds, cashew, hazel nuts, macadamia, pecans, pine nuts, pistachio, and walnuts
- Unsalted seeds - eat any including sunflower and pumpkin
- Live natural yogurt (sugar free/artificial sugar free)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Garlic, ginger and fresh herbs
- Honey
- Water - at least 3 liters a day (Reverse osmosis, distilled, or pure aquifer
water only!)
- Herbal or fruit teas
FOODS TO AVOID DURING YOUR DETOX
- Red meat, and any meat products like sausages and burgers
- Milk, cheese, cream
- Butter and margarine
- Any food that contains flour or wheat flour including bread, croissants, cereals, cakes, biscuits, pies, pastry, quiche, battered or bread-crumbed foods, etc.
- Crisps and snacks including salted nuts
- Chocolate, sweets, jam and sugar
- Processed foods, ready meals, ready-made sauces and takeaways
- Alcohol
- Coffee
- Sauces, pickles, store-bought salad dressing, mayonnaise
- Salt
- Fizzy drinks and squashes, including diet versions
- Smoking of anything
- Peanuts or peanut butter
- Energy Drinks
